Super Sundae’s
I lasted 18 days with no chocolate, probably the longest in my entire life.
I have not bought chocolate chips, Zone bars or cinnamony almonds. So, I’m still doing well.
Let’s stay in the healthy zone and plan Memorial Day:If you’re having a get-together plan a Sundae Bar!
Yes, there will be ice cream involved,
but do it healthy and add lots of fruit, very little ice cream. Like one spoonful … k?
What you’ll need:
Ice Cream (duh)
Fresh fruit: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas etc.
Peanut Butter, Nutella, Chocolate Syrup, Caramel Syrup
Coconut, any kind of chopped nut
Set everything out and have your guests/family make their own dessert. Have a “Make the healthiest Sundae” contest and the winner gets to … eat chocolate? I’ve got it bad, I know.
